The Veniara Islands is a small archipelago featured in Aveyond 1: Rhen's Quest. They are located near the Southern Isle of the Arishta Isles, in the Eldredth Ocean.
Background[]
A safe haven for pirates and other dubious figures, the Veniara Islands are a rough and remote location with a wealth of sandy beaches, palm trees, and coconuts.
Characters[]
- Pirate John - A pirate and dragon rider stuck in jail. He becomes recruitable when the party acquires a dragon.
- Mad Marge - Bartender at the local tavern. After recruiting John and completing a quest for her, Marge can be recruited to the party as well.
Features[]
- Sour Ale Tavern - An establishment with a clientele of rude but harmless pirates. Originally, an ale here costs 20GP, but after recruiting Pirate John it is discounted to 5GP.
- One Tooth Inn - 300GP
- Jail - Pirate John is found here. Allegedly, it smells quite bad.
- Pirate Market - The place where shady figures come to do business. You may find a picklock for sale for 300GP, or you can pimp your skudder with pirate sails for 1300GP
- Storage Room - A lone storage for kegs of ale on the smallest accessible island.

Quests[]
Bring Mad Marge a cask of ale[]
- Speak to Mad Marge and request an ale. She'll realize she's fresh out, and ask if you could get her a new cask.
- Head to the smallish island just northwest of the main one, and grab a cask from storage.
- Bring it back to Mad Marge, and she'll reward you with an empty cask. Exciting!
