Aveyond 3
Summary
Mel, an orphaned street thief, is - unbeknownst to her at first - the last descendant of the Darkthrops, a family of legend whose most famous member, the evil magician Mordred Darkthrop, lived in a now-deserted mansion in the city of Harburg. Her family line carries with it a cursed prophecy: a Darkthrop will be the catalyst for the destruction of the world and the rise of a dark empire in its place.
Mel must find the way to annul the prophecy by finding and destroying the Orbs of Magic, relics that threaten the fate of the world. The Orbs were created by her dark ancestor, Mordred Darkthrop.
Over the course of the games, Mel forms alliances with a number of characters - including a sword-wielding prince, a shape-shifter, an ogre, and a jealous noblewoman who can cast spells with the best of them - who all lend their unique talents to helping Mel find her way along her difficult path.
